Governor Inuwa Yahaya Applauds Appointment of CP Bello Shehu as Katsina State Police Commissioner
Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, has commended the appointment of CP Bello Shehu, fdc, as the new Commissioner of Police for Katsina State Command, describing it as a moment of pride for Gombe State.
In a statement issued by Ismaila Uba Misilli, the Director-General of Press Affairs, Government House Gombe, the Governor praised CP Shehu’s distinguished career and unwavering commitment to law enforcement.
"His elevation is a source of immense pride for us and reflects Gombe State’s commitment to excellence and the nurturing of leaders who make significant contributions to national development," Governor Yahaya stated.
Expressing confidence in CP Shehu’s ability to maintain law and order in Katsina, the Governor assured him of Gombe State’s full support and solidarity as he takes on the new role.
CP Bello Shehu, an experienced police officer, is expected to bring his expertise to bear in fostering peace and stability in Katsina State in alignment with national security objectives.
