Governor Bala Mohammed Congratulates Professor Adamu Ningi on Historic Appointment as ABU Zaria Vice-Chancellor
Bauchi State Governor, Sen. Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, has extended warm congratulations to Professor Adamu Ahmed Ningi on his appointment as the Vice-Chancellor of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria.
In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mukhtar Gidado, Governor Mohammed described Professor Ningi’s appointment as a well-deserved recognition of his dedication, academic excellence, and contributions to the field of Urban and Regional Planning. He noted that Ningi’s track record of professional competence, integrity, and commitment to research and development makes him the right fit for the prestigious role.
The governor recalled Professor Ningi’s impactful tenure as Bauchi State’s Commissioner for Lands, during which he played a key role in shaping policies for urban and regional development.
